The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds or bonuses held therein.
2.3 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. This includes your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify uae8 promptly of any changes.
2.4 KYC Verification. uae8 may require identity verification at any stage of the account lifecycle, including but not limited to: before processing a withdrawal, upon reaching specified deposit thresholds, or where fraud indicators are present. Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified time frame may result in account suspension and withdrawal holds.
2.5 Restricted Territories. You must not access or attempt to access the Platform if you are located in a Restricted Territory. 3.3 Two-Factor Authentication. uae8 offers two-factor authentication (2FA) as an optional but strongly recommended security measure. Activation of 2FA is managed through your account security settings. uae8 is not liable for losses on accounts where 2FA was available but not enabled.
3.4 Session Management. You are responsible for ensuring that you log out of your Account at the end of each session, particularly when accessing the Platform from a shared or public device. Active sessions can be reviewed and terminated from the Account security settings.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. uae8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Connect. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). uae8 reserves the right to modify the list of accepted payment methods without prior notice.
4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits are credited to your Account balance upon confirmation of receipt from the relevant payment provider. Processing times vary by payment method. uae8 does not accept deposits made by third parties on your behalf. Deposits made in currencies other than MYR will not be accepted.
4.3 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method previously used to make a deposit, or to a verified payment account registered in your legal name. A minimum of one successful deposit must have been made prior to any withdrawal request. uae8 may require completion of KYC verification before processing any withdrawal.

Processing times may vary based on payment provider timelines and the results of any applicable security review. uae8 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. uae8 operates in accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. Unusual deposit patterns, large or frequent withdrawals, or activity inconsistent with your stated profile may trigger enhanced due diligence. uae8 reserves the right to hold withdrawal requests pending investigation and to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where required.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotions offered by uae8 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between those specific terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the relevant promotion terms. uae8 reserves the right to specify which game types contribute to wagering requirements and at what rate.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, exploitation of software errors, coordinated wagering, or any other strategy designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in immediate bonus cancellation, account suspension, and forfeiture of any associated funds.
5.4 Expiry. Bonuses not used within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion terms will expire automatically. uae8 is not obliged to restore expired bonuses.
6.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets are subject to acceptance by uae8. uae8 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a technical error has resulted in an incorrect price or outcome being displayed.
6.2 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or display error affecting any game or sportsbook market, uae8 reserves the right to void all bets placed during the affected period. 9.1 No Warranties. The uae8 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. uae8 makes no warranties, express or implied, including as to the Platform's merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.
9.2 Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, uae8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even where uae8 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
9.3 Cap on Liability. uae8's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the three-month period immediately preceding the relevant event giving rise to the claim.
9.4 Force Majeure. uae8 shall not be in breach of these Terms or otherwise liable to you for any failure or delay in performance to the extent such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond uae8's reasonable control, including network failures, government action, natural disasters, or third-party service provider outages.
10.1 Age Restriction. uae8 enforces a strict 21+ minimum age requirement. Age verification is conducted as part of the KYC process. Any account found to belong to an individual under the age of 21 will be closed immediately and all funds will be returned to the registered payment method, net of any amounts wagered.
10.2 Self-Imposed Limits. uae8 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from the account dashboard: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion.
